The article discusses the concept of "musical work" as a multidimensional determinant space, which requires a more serious meaningful attitude from contemporary performers. In this connection, a number of negative factors affecting the formation of the performing culture of studying musicians, representing various parts of national education (from primary, secondary special – to higher, post-graduate) are indicated. The weaknesses of the trained performers are revealed: stinginess, inconsistency of intonation culture, articulation, phrasing, line spectrum, emotional and sensual nature, etc. The analytical circle includes two systems ("text", "subtext", "over text", "context" of a musical work and "consciousness", "subconsciousness", "superconsciousness" of a trained performer, "public musical consciousness"), whose understanding and application, According to the author, they can provide a technological breakthrough in the process of preparing performing musicians. Definitions of the definitions "text", "subtext", "over text" and "context" are given as a combination of the multidimensional space of a 4D musical work. The specificity in the development of each, separately-taken spatial level of a musical work is revealed. It focuses on the fact that it is this technological approach that can contribute to the discovery of new reserves in the pedagogy of musical performance.
