Music and Time Annotation << Back Endurance – biochemistry of success A.Y. Belov This article discusses the concept of endurance of the ear cushion. This phenomenon is faced by all musicians playing brass instruments. Endurance is a factor that can greatly influence the artistic side of the performance of a musical work. If the musician lacks physical stamina, then he will be forced to save his strength, which will lead to the loss of various musical colors and significantly reduce the quality of the performance of the work. The article discusses the concept of special strength endurance, and also discusses the five components of muscular endurance. This is the work of the cardio-respiratory system, muscle strength, capillarisation, biochemical processes that occur in the working muscle, as well as psychological factors affecting the process of muscle endurance. Particular attention is paid to the biochemical processes occurring in the muscles of the musician, which allows you to understand some of the laws of the body`s physiological reactions to classes. All this allows you to take a fresh look at the familiar aspects of the game of the musician of the ghost and to build a program of his classes, taking into account the information received. Following the methodological guidelines outlined in this article will allow the musician to significantly expand the limits of his endurance and rise to a new level of performance mastery.
