Music and Time Annotation << Back On the Importance of Music in the Poem «The Mountain Wreath» Peter Negosh S. Vuyoshevich The article is devoted to thinking about the relationship of words and music in a poem Peter Negosh «The Mountain Wreath». The problem is considered in various aspects: the musicality of a literary work, the role of music genres in the poem, the structural similarity of musical and literary works. Appeal to the historical facts prove that a poem Negosh performed accompanied by «gusle» as an epic story, and the author called his work «song». Versification also as evidence of its belonging to the epic genres. In poetic poem fabric originally laid musicality, which manifested itself in the creation of the author of poems, like the rows of folk songs. First of all – it is lyrical and epic songs that are performed to the accompaniment of a musical instrument «gusle», then – secular vocal and instrumental music in the genre non-calendar songs (wedding, laments and songs). At the same time meets dance music – folk «kolo» (roundelay), which is executed, accompanied by singing and without singing, as well as sacred music designed for large religious holidays. The musicality of the poem «The Mountain Wreath» serves as an important factor in shaping the overall design and is woven into the concept of a literary work.
