Kuznetsova Irina Anatolyevna Brodova is an Honored Cultural Figure, a vibrant, extraordinary, and versatile musician, an excellent teacher and talented scholar, a Professor and Head of the Department of Specialized Disciplines at the F. Shishigin Yaroslavl Theatre Institute, a composer and musicologist, a music historian and educator, and a public fi gure. She has dedicated over 60 years of her professional career to the development of Russian musical culture. All these years, her multifaceted work has enriched the spiritual life of Yaroslavl, serving as a shining example of dedicated service to her craft. Her work continues to be in demand today. Without such dedicated professionals as Irina Anatolyevna Brodova, it is diffi cult to imagine the development of musical culture in the Russian provinces.
