Music and Time Annotation << Back Problems of Creative Activity, Modern Military Ensemble Groups in Special Conditions P.A. Vasnin, V.N. Manuilov The article examines the main difficulties faced by modern military ensembles, such as military orchestras and song and dance groups, when performing official duties in special conditions. The creative process in the military environment is formed from two multifaceted requirements – strict rules, discipline, safety and time constraints, on the one hand, and the need for artistic development, maintaining academic performance and updating programs. High mobility and changing venues, lack of preparation time, equipment and acoustic limitations, as well as the psychological burden and stress of performers – all these are considered «special conditions» that directly affect the quality of performance. Based on a qualitative analysis of scientific sources and materials reflecting concert, ceremonial and fi eld practice, typical problem areas are systematized: compression of the rehearsal cycle, difficulties of ensemble «information» due to acoustic differences and incomplete technical provision, personnel instability and heterogeneous level of training, as well as the repertoire framework set by the protocol and the target audience. It is noted that in such conditions, the risk of simplifying the repertoire and switching to an «adaptive model» of training increases, where the priority is not the development of an artistic idea, but the stability of performance and readiness for rapid restructuring. The practical prerequisites for sustainable creative work are the managerial competencies of the head, fl exible repertoire policy (including the modular principle of training), organizational support for field trips and pedagogical support of the team aimed at preserving artistic integrity and professional quality.
