Music and Time Annotation << Back Language as an Instrument of Myth in «Sirius» by Karlheinz Stockhausen the Fourth Part (ARIES) A.V. Nikulina The principles of Karlheinz Stockhausen’s creative thinking are considered in the article on the material of the word. The verbal text of «Sirius» is analyzed as a complex network of interrelated semantic leitmotifs, revealing their meaning in the context of both pagan and Christian myth. The general algorithms of mythical thinking are revealed, in which language becomes a direct tool and instrument of the myth.
