Kalashnikov In April 2023, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, professor at the Voronezh State Institute of Arts, Alexander Vladimirovich Sklyarov, a legend of accordion performance and the idol of many musicians, passed away. In July 2024, A.V. Sklyarov would have turned 75 years old. In memory of him, a short essay has been created, in which the stages of the musician’s life are noted, the main parameters of his performing style are explored, and the features of the creative method are revealed, which generally characterizes the creative image of the outstanding accordion player. The text was prepared using materials from one of the last conversations with him.
