Music and Time Annotation << Back About the Problems of Teaching Mugham and Its Solved Issues for Khanende A. Maharramova The presented article focuses on the mistakes made by students studying the singing profession during the educational process, and eliminates the gaps they made. At the same time, it talks about the students’ choice of the poetic basis of mugams - ghazals, the timbres of their voices and their emotional stage behavior during performance. The article also puts forward certain ideas about the process of teaching the art of playing the gaval, since if the teacher does not properly explain this art to students, certain problems arise, which is one of the main factors harming their professional activities in the future. Based on this, one of the main conditions in the article is the correct education of students in ethical, aesthetic and practical issues of playing the gaval. In our opinion, teaching students not only mugham, but also the correct art of playing the gaval can create the basis for them to become professional performers.
