Music and Time Annotation << Back Problems of Copyright Protection for Musical Works in the Russian Federation A.A. Bobeyko The article examines the problems of copyright protection for a musical work. The main problems existing within the framework of the issue of copyright protection for a musical work and ways to solve them are described. The issue of copyright protection in the context of the digitalization of the music industry and the distribution of music via the Internet is also highlighted. The authors of the article offer a comprehensive analysis of judicial practice, legal norms and mechanisms of copyright protection for musical works, which also allows us to 1 consider the issues of interaction between authors, copyright holders and consumers of music. As a result, the article contributes to a deeper understanding and effective protection of copyrights to musical works in the modern digital environment.
