A.I. Demchenko
The proposed article examines the works of the ballet genre belonging to I. Stravinsky and S. Prokofiev, created with the direct participation of S. Diaghilev. The name of the first of them is associated with "The Firebird" (1910, choreography by M. Fokin), "Petrushka" (1911, again by M. Fokin), "Sacred Spring" (1913, V. Nijinsky), "The Tale about the Fox" (1922, B. Nijinskaya), "Wedding" (1923, again-taki B. Nijinskaya), "Pulcinella" (1920, L. Myasin), "Apollo Musaget" (1928, A. Bolm) and "Fairy Kiss" (1928, B. Nijinskaya), with the name of the second – "Ala and Lollius" (1915, B. Nijinskaya), "The Fool" (1915, T. Slavinsky), "The Steel Cook" (1925, L. Myasin) and "The Prodigal Son" (1929, J. Balanchine).
