Music and Time Annotation << Back The Role of Telegram-Channels Content in Promotion Academic Music I.I. Bannikova The article is devoted to the analysis of the educational possibilities of the content of academic music Telegram channels. Based on the data of statistical studies, the current conditions for the formation of interest in the media sphere of academic music, the process of the rapid growth in the popularity of musical Telegram communities are shown. A classifi cation of Telegram channels of academic music is proposed, representing both well-known public organizations, music media, and private author's blogs, an analysis of the characteristics, forms and methods of promoting classical and new music in social media is made. The characteristic of various forms of implementation of news, communication and educational functions in the content of musical Telegram channels is given. The scientifi c novelty of the study lies in the development of the actual problem of the formation of specialized content of academic music in social networks, its conceptual apparatus, practical tools for musical enlightenment in the media sphere. Based on the analysis of the content of the Telegram channels "Union of Composers" and "Music for All", typical forms of promotion of academic music in different types of Internet communities are identified and characterized.
