A.M. Gosteva
The focus of the article is the poem for choir and orchestra «Kama Bridge» by Perm composer Peter Kulichkin on poems by Perm poet Vladimir Radkevich. The research represents the first scientific and musicological experience related to this composition and denotes the range of problems and directions for further deeper and more detailed study (in vision of the author of the article). Comparative, hermeneutic, musicological methods of analysis make a number of semantic layers be revealed both in the «libretto» of the composition and in musical dramaturgy. «Kama Bridge» is studied both in cultural and historical contexts, considered from the standpoint of the concept of «Ural city» and included in the space of today’s music.
