Music and Time Annotation << Back Formation and Development of the Armenian Violin Performing Art. Creativity of Karapet and Samvel Hayrapetyan R.R. Budagyan This article defines the influence of the violin performance of Armenia on the development of the musical art of the country as a whole. It is proved that the flourishing of the Armenian violin performance was largely associated with the cultural, social, historical and political views of the nation. One of the first musicians who popularized the violin in the territory of the republic was Karapet Hayrapetyan. Subsequently, his performing traditions were continued by Samvel Hayrapetyan, whose activities are distinguished by their ideological depth, the desire for plurality in the figurative component of compositions, the solution of various dramatic concepts, rhythmic and harmonic richness, special timbre-dynamic expressiveness of the instrument, performing professionalism, brilliant virtuosity, as well as wide-ranging philosophical generalizations. It was revealed that the analysis of the creative activity of Armenian violinists contributes to the mutual enrichment of musical art, the flourishing of performing strokes and techniques, and the national identification of culture.
