Popova The relevance of this article is due to the great interest in the formation of scat improvisation among both beginner vocalists and professional performers. The article reveals some of the historical stages in the formation of jazz, analyzes the types of improvisation, and considers significant issues of teaching jazz improvisation vocalists.
