Music and Time Annotation << Back Musical Ethnocultural Projects and Specificity A.R. Zhivica The article discusses the project as the mist effective form of management in modern conditions and is very actively used in all spheres of art. Ethnocultural projects presented by numerous groups and performers around the world are a new topical form of adaptation of folklore to the modern musical spase. The authir has formulated the interpretation of the definition «ethnocultural projects», which is meant as a set of measures and actions necessary to create a successful formation and functioning of a creative project aimed at creating unique product in ethnocultural style; the main features of the ethnocultural project are formulated; analyzed different types of ethnocultural project based on the most popular functioning projects in this area; revealed the specifi cts of the ethnocultural project, dictated by the characteristic features of ethnic music. So de, thanks to the conducted research, we can state that the activity of organizing ethnocultural projects requires certain competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities) both in the managerial area and in the areas of folk culture and ethnic music.
