The Oratorio "Tatiana’s Song" by G. Zhubanova, the Laws of the Musical Embodiment of the Literary Image of Abai-Pushkin |

The work of Gaziza Akhmetovna Zhubanova is an integral part of the Kazakh musical culture of the second half of the twentieth century. The legacy of this composer is very large and varied, most of which consists of vocal and choral genres. The composer’s innovative ideas often introduce innovations in the field of the literary language and reflect the relevance of studying scientific issues related to the composer’s choral work. The problems of the Kazakh choral style are presented in studies on the history of the formation of the choral genre over the past decades [1, 68]. However, they do not consider G. Zhubanova’s oratorios as an independent phenomenon that has its own historical place. The purpose of this work is to determine the patterns of musical presentation of Abai’s poems in the oratorio "Tatiana's Song" by G. Zhubanova. Objectives: to reveal the poetic basis of the work; analysis of the verbal and textual connection of oratorio music; identification of the features of the compositional structure; and the search for ways to find the genre form of a musical original.
