Budagyan In this article, the authors revealed that various elements of digitalization are actively used in modern violin performing arts. Bold experimentation in the work of performers of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries is one of the "leading trends in the development of modern culture" [1, 24]. It is determined that the work of modern violinists at the turn of the XX–XXI centuries contributes to the approval of the violin as part of rock ensembles. It has been revealed that the use of electronic sound conversion devices allows rock musicians to achieve the effect of electrotumbness in the sound of electric violins and other instruments of the ensemble. The purpose of the article is to consider the relevant elements of digitalization in modern violin performance.
