Music and Time Annotation << Back I. Fichte and A. Scriabin: cosmogonic parallels N.S. Serova The article deals with the relationship of A. Scriabin's worldview with the philosophical system of I. Fichte. This «dialogue» is interpreted from the perspective of the logic of cosmogonic myth. The analysis of Fichte and Scriabin’s ideas shows that the stages of origin and development of existence in their concepts are correlated not only by logical sequence, but also have a deep qualitative relationship. The subjective conditionality of reality – an important aspect of Scriabin’s mystery concept – finds reinforcements in Fichte's philosophy: the thinker asserts self-consciousness as the source of being. The characteristic of the world process in the categories of psychology is inherent in both the system of the German philosopher and the Scriabin's concept. The composer describes the moment of the beginning of the building a world structure directly in Fichte’s terminology, relying on the antithesis «I – not-I». The source of being in the system of Fichte, and in the views of Scriabin, has characteristics that are correlated with mythological image of Chaos: self-consciousness acts as the primary basis of reality, it is irrational, it contains creative potential. An important unifying point of these concepts is the aspiration of the cosmogonic process to a positive result, its missionary sound. Keywords: I. Fichte's philosophy, A.
