Kashkarov The article is devoted to the definition of the main problems of mutual understanding in the musical collective and the importance of their solution in the rehearsal activity of the conductor and musicians of the orchestra. The idea of the inseparability of the general principles of mutual understanding from the point of view of psychology, pedagogy and musicology is revealed, which are logically interconnected and confirmed by quotations from scientific sources. Based on the interesting facts and scientific literature of this field of knowledge, the author models a structure built on the exchange of information between creative partners. Considerable attention is paid to the need to find ways and means to improve the rehearsal process from various angles. Combining and analyzing complementary methods and system approaches, revealed the essence of the process of mutual understanding, its emergence, change, development, reveal objective patterns and contradictions, predict the main trends.
