Music and Time Annotation << Back To the Question of Basic Principles of Russian Performing School P.V. Sedov The article is devoted to topical issues related to the fate of the Russian performing school in today’s socio-cultural context. As a result of globalization processes, significantly influencing the lifestyles of different areas of art and their interpretation, are increasingly faced with the question, if not washed away the boundaries of national schools to the same extent in recent years barriers disappear in the creative communication of teachers and performers from different continents, «demarcation line» between genres and styles, as well as many aesthetic norms that until recently seemed solid. The purpose of this paper is to outline a frame of reference, which is the essential basis of the Russian performing school and is manifested in its basic aesthetic and technical requirements, and identify the essential principles that allow it to merge into its the art system completely different creators and at the same time to maintain internal integrity.
