Berezin The article deals with the specifics of teaching the history of the performing arts of the Moscow Conservatory. The author analyzes the current problems of teaching practice, the role and place of the discipline in a number of disciplines and theoretical process of humanitarian education student performers on wind instruments. Fundamentals course and the main areas of research are formed by Professor Y. Usov. In the intervening period the history of playing brass instruments has become one of the most important disciplines, not only in vocational training but also in the humanitarian education of students. Important conditions for successful learning - pre-treatment of students, in the course of the integration cycle of musical-theoretical disciplines, the ability to work with historical sources, the criticism of the sources, improving the skills of independent work. The traditions of the Moscow Conservatory have specific requirements for teaching the history of the performing arts. Training of Teachers of History Performing Arts - one of the most important problems of modern musical-theoretical education. A number of pressing issues raised by the author of the publication, are essential not only in the particular aspects of the limited scope of this course.
