Music and Time Annotation << Back N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov’s String Sextet E. Novikova The paper covers one of significant chamber-instrumental works of the composer. The Sextet belongs to relatively small amount of compositions in this genre in Russian music history. It is regarded in the context of the other works by Rimsky-Korsakov - first of all, the symphonic ones.
