Music and Time Annotation << Back The Yakut Project "Music for All" in the Context of the His-Torical Development of Russian Music Education V.I. Adishchev, P.P. Ostanin Since 2013, the project "Music for All" has been implemented in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which is in many ways a unique phenomenon in Russian musical and educational practice. The purpose of the article is to reveal the individual aspects of this project, to show what this project inherits and develops from the experience accumulated by Russian music pedagogy and educational practice, to point that the project brings new things into the modern practice of music teaching, education and enlightenment of children, youth, adults. The conclusion is made that the project became successful due to the detailed work out of its legal regulatory acts, scientific, methodological and administrative aspects, due to a system approach in its implementation, the extensive daily work of Yakut musicians-teachers, the participation in the project of major specialists from leading music universities in Russia and specialists of some foreign countries.
