Belik The article discusses the features of the implementation of the semantic program of the symphony genre in sonata form with the introduction and synthetic code of the large-scale work by A.P. Kurchenko “Yuri Gagarin” for orchestra of Russian folk instruments. In the formation of the impression of simultaneous action of various figurative spheres, the essence of the author's statement is revealed. Identified important indicators of the organization of musical drama: the climax and leitteme. The waveform in the design and the code, which naturally relates in the perception of the listeners with the processes of emotional experience and reflection, is noted.
